A top important aspect that many buyers forget about:

the legality of medical devices and

of doing business with them in the EU

of doing business with them in the EU
Like any business, work with bio-resonance devices requires to follow a certain legislative discipline. Moreover, bio-resonance is one of those business topics where updates of laws happen relatively frequently - mostly towards tightening of the individual conditions and of the official procedures required for a smooth work in the European Union.

Although it may not seem urgent at a first glance, but it is imperative that both the active owners of bio-resonance devices as well as any potential buyer should take the responsibility to learn at least a legislative summary.

Let's imagine that you want to open your own bio-resonance center and you are at the very beginning of selecting a device from a suitable seller. What will be your first step? You will probably begin to research what devices are available in the market and you will then look for some reviews on specific devices.

But will it be enough? Many buyers in this selection process forget two very important aspects - the legality of the device and the legality of doing a safe business with it. Currently in the market, despite the laws regulating the medical devices, there still are not only certified original pieces of equipment, but also a large number of the outdated or even fake devices. So it is in the interest of any potential buyer to have at least a rough overview of how to differentiate between these types of devices and what requirements these devices have to meet to be safe for you to work with in the EU.

As the next step, you would likely find an experienced trained therapist to examine you on the device you're interested in, after which you would look for a suitable dealer to buy a device from. Here, it is important to remember that there are many potential vendors to buy from, but not all vendors will provide you with a complete "package" that is necessary for a legal, problem-free start of your business. Because in addition to the device itself, there are a number of other essential components - for example, the proof of legal import of the device into the EU, the original sales documents in a correct format, complete documentation according to the current directive on medical devices, as well as a proper and comprehensive training that will teach you not only how to technically work with the device, but also how to work with the device, so that it is fully in accordance with current EU legislation. Upon a successful completion of such training, you should also have received a permission to work with the device in the EU - a user certificate. So - even if you have purchased a legal device, but you lack some of the above mentioned essential components, you can easily put yourself into a legal trouble.

For this reason, it is always the best option to find an official dealer responsible for the geographical area in which you plan to work (here EU). This will save you from a lot of work and from potential risks.

In our new section "Legislation", we will be glad to walk you through all the stages necessary for a legal purchase, so we can help you ensure a successful start of your legal work with an original bio-resonance equipment.
